Product page is showing an empty page!

I recently updated the theme after a while and all the product pages are showing empty pages whiteout any content. can you please advise what to do ASAP. btw – the category pages are fine. thank you!

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

The problem is caused by the plugin’s conflict or child theme custom code.

Our support does not cover investigating and /or fixing the custom code. You can remove all the code in the separate file, then add snippet by snippet to detect which causes the problem.

All you need is to clear functions.php file from your custom code, you do not need to reinstall the child theme.
