Product Page Layout on Mobile

Is there a way to change the layout of the product page so the title and short description are on the left and product image is on the right of the page on desktop so that on mobile the product image is not at the top of the page before the title and swatches?

Hello,

In order to exchange the image and description, there is required product template customization. Our theme does not have such options and we do not modify third parties plugins, we can only provide CSS for minor visual changes.
