Product page layout overlap issues on mobile.

    I’ve encountered an issue that occurs for Woodmart. I suspect it might be cache related.

    When browsing products on mobile, the product page’s layout breaks, the product images overlaps the “Add to Cart” and “Buy Now” (see pics attached)

    This, needless to say, is disrupting the whole purpose of the website.

    I’ve tried:

    Clearing the cache on client and server side.

    Thanks for reaching to us and appreciate your patience.

    You should try to switch to Parent theme – if you are using Child theme, deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    I’m not using a child theme for my site.
    I’ve already tried the plugin deactivating.

    Nothing.

    What else can I do?

    To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

    When I disabled Custom Single Product layout, it worked again.

    Can you please try to re-create new one and double check?

    Hi, the issue persists after recreating it, the only way I could get my product page decently looking is deactivating the Woodmart layout for it.

    What else can I try?
    is this a known bug?

    I checked your site, you are using Custom Single product layout but removed product galleries and admin account details are changed.

    Please let me know if you want to keep it.
