Product page like Shop/Pages/"Extra Content #2"

How do you pull in a product page style like Shop/Pages/”Extra Content #2″ into my website theme. I want to use this style of product page instead of the default.I like how it shows section 1 – theme product, section 2 elementor, section 3 description tabs from product theme. I have attached a screenshot to show you the page im referring to.Thank you

Extra content may be located before the content, after the content, or in the pre-footer.
There is the option to add the content Before and After Add to cart button, however, this content would be common for all the pages. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings

What does this mean.. “common for all pages”. Does this mean each page would have to have the same content?
