PRODUCT PAGE PROBLEMS

Hi, I am trying to get a dropdown to appear on this page but it appears over the product for some reason. Is this a bug or do you know if it can be fixed? – see screen shot.

Hello,

You will need to disable product labels from attributes options in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> edit attribute. Uncheck “Show attribute label on products” option.

hi – that was unchecked.

I now have a dropdown but only one size option is showing.

are you able to quickly login and take a look? I think this will save some time.

Yes, we checked and this option is still turned on.

hi . HOW DO I FIND THAT PAGE? I don’t know where to look …do i change it on the product page, or globally?

As we wrote, you can find it in Dashboard -> Products -> Attributes -> edit attribute. Uncheck “Show attribute label on products” option. Could you please send us a screenshot what do you see from your side?

okay sorry, i didn’t realise i had to click through the another page. i’ve changed it now and it’s working fine. thanks
