1. how to hide or remove the 360view button
2. how to change the wordings of product tabs of “description”, “other information” and “review”.

You need to remove all the images in the 360-degree tab on the product page, you can find the tab under product gallery section.

Please check the video tutorial to see how to save the translation file correctly. You can remove the plugin and translations would remain. Also, translations would remain after each theme update.

In order to translate the WooCommerce strings, you need to create a separate translation in Loco > Plugins > WooCommerce in the same way as shown in the video.
