I encountered a problem where, when opening a product page, the tabs are sometimes open and sometimes closed. I would like them to always be open. When there is a description, there are two tabs and most of the time the tab is open; when there is no description, it is more often closed. Please advise how to solve this issue.

I have checked your site and have not seen the issue on your site. Please share the page URL of the product page where the issue persists so I can check on your site and give you a possible solution.
Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
