Product Pages Showing “Coming Soon” After Demo Import – PDP Not Loading

Hello Team,

I installed the Tethys theme and imported the demo content successfully. The homepage displays products correctly, but when I click any product, instead of the Product Detail Page, I see the “Great things are on the horizon / Coming Soon” page.

Issue Details:

PDP is not loading – it shows the “Coming Soon” page instead of the product information.

Shop / Product Listing page was not imported with the demo.

Permalinks are set to “Post Name” and I also tried re-saving permalinks.

WooCommerce default pages have been created, and the Shop page is assigned.

Could you please guide me on how to disable the “Coming Soon / Store Not Launched” mode for product pages, or provide the correct settings to fix it?

I will attach a screenshot of what appears on the PDP.

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

The site has “Coming Soon” mode enabled, which blocks product pages from being viewed until the site is officially launched. These pages will be visible if you log in with an administrator account.
You can disable this mode in WooCommerce settings -> Site visibility -> Live.
