After my update, nothing has been adjusted. Especially the products and the shop page. Everything is normal in staging mode, though. I’m only experiencing major problems on my main page. The product images are all much too large. The footer also didn’t fit at all. But it seems to have fixed itself.

    Hello,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
    – WoodMart core
    – WooCommerce
    – Elementor/WPBakery Page Builder

    Thank you in advance.

    Hello,

It looks like you didn’t update the theme properly. Now you need to delete the theme folder completely and upload the latest version via Appearance -> Themes -> Add new.

    Kind Regards

where can i find the complete theme folder? wp-content -> themes -> woodmart & woodmart child?

And nothing can get lost in the process? Like the design of Elementor, etc.?

You need to reinstall the parent theme only, which is wp-content/themes/woodmart/. You will not lose anything.

I’ve updated everything, but the error still persists. Everything is distorted. The footer, the products.

    Hello,

We don’t see these problems on your website at the moment. Please try to clear the browser cache and test again.

Someone from the SiteGround team just did that. It was actually gone. Now the error is back.

The problem only occurs on the live page. Not in edit mode or staging.
