    Hello,

For 2 months now, I have this problem on my website. When I enter the category page, the photos on some products are not loading well. Maybe it is because of the php version (current is 8.1.) or is it a caching problem ? The theme, plugins and WP version is up to date.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

If it works fine with the default WordPress theme then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards

Hello! So I tried to solve the problem, but with no success. I Think that there is a collusion between W3 Cache and Elementor. Here is the response I got from my hosting company:

    Hello,

I see that you have “404” errors, which means that the mobile version of the design is looking for images that do not exist or no longer exist.

I’m not sure how I can help you since your problem involves
intervention by a web developer and analysis of the problem in the WordPress application itself.

What could be causing the problem is the relationship between “elementor”,
“regenerate thumbnails” and “W3 Total Cache”, so that part should be checked by a web developer.

I also see a “403” error where the mobile version wants to access parts
where it is not allowed and that part is managed by “wordfence”, so you need to
check which part of the mobile design wants to access parts of WP
that are prohibited. Allow access or remove the option from the mobile version of the design that wants to access parts that are prohibited,
it all depends on the web designer.

It throws a 403 menu on both mobile and desktop versions

    https://kit.fontawesome.com/14ae4544a0.js

so I’m not sure if you need it or if you should remove the flow from the design
404 is most often according to elementor

    https://www.svijetgrijanja.ba/wp-content/uploads/elementor/css/post-10511.css

or 404 when the mobile version of the design is looking for an image that doesn’t exist

    https://www.svijetgrijanja.ba/wp-content/uploads/2017/06/dummy-wood-title.jpg

However, if the problem is the differences between the new/old images, thumbnails, desktop
VS mobile, I attribute it to the cache and/or elementor relationship. Possibly yes
mobile does not take images from the cache folder to desktop yes or vice versa.
Basically, the web designer/programmer of wp should deal with it, na
server side I can’t help you.

Let’s say an example of the same article:

    Mobile image of the article:
    https://www.svijetgrijanja.ba/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/f-602-eco-a.webp

while the same article on the desktop version reads
    https://www.svijetgrijanja.ba/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/F-602-eco-int-2-1.jpg

As long as you have confusion and two or more different sources of storing images, it is easy to have the problem that you have, that on one side it is refreshed while on the other it remains old.
