Product photos shop

Hello, I’m stuck right now.

If I make my own product in the shop -> then I see the photo in the shop itself -> see black in the photo.
If a product is made by dropship plugin -> then I don’t see the picture -> see blue in the picture.

I tested this without a theme and with a different theme and here are the photos of the products made by dropship plugin.

So it seems to be the theme, what am I doing wrong here?
