product quantities and show only one category

I don’t want to show the quantity of products in the catalog and I also don’t want to show all the other categories, but only the one that is chosen.

Hello,

Navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Categories in page title > and here you can disable the option “Show products count for each category”.
