Product review sort order incorrect

    Hello,

    For our UK subsite the review sort order is not correct. If we sort by ‘newest’ the reviews are still slightly jumbled and not in chronological order. Strangely this does not happen when we change the theme to storefront or on our other two subsites?

    You can find and fix this in Settings -> Discussions.

    Hello,

    Please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily and send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.
