Product Reviews Section Not Displaying

tradeadaptkoreaParticipantThe review section has disappeared from my product pages. I used WooCommerce extensions to import product reviews from Amazon, and I can see that the product ratings have been updated. However, the review section itself is missing, and clicking the stars doesn’t display the reviews. This issue is present on both mobile and desktop. How can I resolve this? Please check the enclosed file

Thanks for reaching to us.
You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

tradeadaptkoreaParticipantI’ve already gone through the process of deactivating and reactivating each plugin one by one, but the issue hasn’t been resolved. That’s why I’ve reached out for support. Please log in to our account and check the issue for us.

Thanks for details.
1. Make sure Reviews are enabled in the Woocommerce > Settings > Product.
2. I kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and WooCommerce plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.
If the problem persists even with the default WordPress theme, it would suggest that WoodMart theme is not the cause of the issues.

tradeadaptkoreaParticipantPlease help me investigate the issue. Kindly log in to our WordPress site and check if there is another issue preventing the reviews from being displayed.
Reviews are enabled in WooCommerce > Settings > Product.
I have also updated the WordPress theme, and the reviews are visible in the Products > Edit Products > Reviews section.
Please verify this so that reviews can be displayed on our product page. It seems the issue may be related to the WOODMART theme.
