Product Search Not Working on home page and shop page

I have added product tags on all my products but when i search it say’s no product found
Search not working on
Header – not working
Shop Sidebar – not working for specific categories also
Ajax search is on

that display’s the tag category and product in one search which plugin should i use ?

01. We are using the default search functionality from WordPress so there is no way to search by tags. By default, WordPress searches only by title, description, content, and excerpts.

02. Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
