Product setting (On custom meta box from theme) Layout !Extra content block!

Hello!
in product setting (On custom meta box from theme) Layout the !Extra content block! (I chooose html block ) not showing on product page not even in preview thump

Even I add this html on Extra content block or delete it after the product page not change.
The only affect is is when I decide to pesent like new the product.

Also i choose not show the related products and its come at the bottom products that already see.
