Good morning, we are having a problem with the product page model in which the image when scrolling the page inside the Elementor editor moves down the column and outside the editor in any browser it does not have this effect when scrolling.

Can you please change the account role to admin so I can check issue more deeply?
Meanwhile, please navigate to Theme Settings > Single Product > Enable the option Sticky Product.
Here is the Sticky Product Example:

If you turn on this option, the section with description will be sticky when you scroll the page. In case when the description is higher than images, the images section will be fixed instead.

Please do the following in order to make your product image sticky.
Click on the column which contains the product image > Advanced tab > [XTemos] Extra > Enable Sticky Container option
