Product sorting doesn’t work

Hi!

We have sorted products in the backend, but the new sorting isn;t visible at the frontend on the shop page.
Any idea why this does not work?

1. Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

2. You also should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

Hello Hung,

Thanks for your advice. When switching the theme to the default twenty-twenty-five, the product sorting does work. So apparently there’s a clash with the theme…

How can this be solved?

I have deactivated all plugins and then still it doesn’t work. Also have updated everything and applied all available patches. The sorting funtion still doesn’t work correctly, except when switching themes. When we disable WoodMart, then it does work properly.

Could you please take a look in our website, instead of an installation on your side? Login details where shared in the first message.

It is actually worked. You enabled Show single variations and Hide variations parent options, so you can’t see how it works.
