Product Specials not showing

When using the Products grid/carousel which is filtered by a tag and a Sale Products filter, our products aren’t showing up.

The dates used for these specials are valid (ie. they include today’s date) but they do not show.
When we change the dates (to the day before) and save, the product shows up, even when we revert back to the original date and resave.

Here are snapshots of the product edit screen as well as the Elementor screen showing the product carousel element settings (note: the products that display in the screenshot are the ones that have had their dates changed/reverted and resaved, many others do not show up.)

Is there any way we can resolve this?

At the moment, all the products are displaying as we have edited/resaved the dates in order to bypass the issue.
However, this has happened the last time we added sale products, so we need to ensure that we don;t have to re-edit each product’s sale date everytime there is a sale.

In general, that “dates” functionality is related to WooCommerce: https://prnt.sc/IZhh6dy5N_3J , therefore, please clarify whether those products appeared in the Shop at all? Or these products were not shown only in our element?

Hi,

The products all appear in the shop and are correctly indicated as being on sale (ie. the old price has a strikethrough with the sale price displayed.)
The only place they didn’t show was on the page that had the Product grid/carousel, that is until their sale dates were changed, reverted, and re-saved.
