Product Styles customisation in Product Archive/Grid

Hello, how do you customise the product styles item that appears in the Product Archive or Grid. Basically, want to change the hover that shows the shop and other icon. And want to have the variation dropdown + qty selector and the add to cart button visible by default. The hover should just have an image effect and show the Wishlist and Quickview icons. Also want to change the size / shape of the add to cart and the variation dropdown selector form.

You can choose from the available styles from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product Styles as per your need.

Hi Aizaz, thanks, but actually that is not what I am asking.
What I need is the Variation Drop-Down, Quantity Selector and Add to Cart button to be always persistent and visible on all products in the Product Grid.

you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Variable Products Attribute swatches > Grid swatch attribute to display > there you can select the Attribute that you want to show: https://i.snipboard.io/iVzCbf.jpg
To show the Quantity Input on Products under the Archive & Category pages, you can go to Theme Settings > Product archive > Products styles > Elements > there you can enable the Quantity input on product option: https://snipboard.io/jHWLJw.jpg
Further, by default for Variable Products it works on the Select Options button which lets you select the Variant first > and then choose the values and then add Product to Cart: https://snipboard.io/bm1xXe.jpg
