Product Tabs and Brand Placement on Single Product Page

Hi, I just started customizing my website and I might have tons of questions – 1. Can I move the product tabs same like this? http://prntscr.com/peb6ts instead of having them below the product images. 2. Can I also place the brand name on top of the product title? http://prntscr.com/pebbid – I want it to be like this one http://prntscr.com/pebdo4. Thank you.

Sorry it is not possible to move the product tabs just after the add to cart button.
No the Brand name can’t be shown to the top of the product title with the current theme options.
Reviews feature is already provided you can use that one. But the reviews look that you shared in the screenshot can’t be achieved without customization.
