Hi, I defined a “product tag” for the product but the tag does not actually appear
And you can’t see content defined in an additional description on the category page, how can I make this content appear?

Woocommerce does not provide the option to show the tag on the product grid. WoodMart theme is based on the default Woocommerce functionality.
You can create attribute and attribute items and show them in the grid.
