Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

Very weird, I have tested on staging site, it works well with all plugins activated, but not working on live site, same setting on both site. I see a notice on staging site: Thumnail regeneration is running in the background…….but I cannot see this notice on live site.
Please do not deactivate any plugins on live site, currently have ads running.

Sorry, but we need to be able to test how it works without plugins and child theme on your live website. Otherwise, we are not able to detect the problem.

Problem solved by disable minify JavaScript.
