    Hi, is it possible to change the product title position for desktop and mobile? E.g on mobile the title position is below the image. Can it the product title be placed above the image?

    No it is not possible because this requires complete customization of HTML.

    Yes, product title is a part of the WooCommerce template files and it requires additional PHP customization to change it.
