Why is the name of the product I am viewing appearing in the ‘My Account’ dropdown? How can I disable this?

Your wishlist page has no been set.
1. Create a page and insert the shortcode [yith_wcwl_wishlist] if you do not have it.
2. Navigate to Wishlist plugin and set the page: http://prntscr.com/ls1ewo

Do I have to use a wishlist? It doesn’t make much sense for my site. Can’t I remove that part of the menu and disable the Yith plugin?
