Product title getting cut below

Hi,
1.The product title is getting cut in the bottom for some reason.
2.I want to increase the line height of the product title in the grid but that is also not happening.
3.I want all the product’s grids to be of same height.

You will have to upload images with equal height more or less, there are no other options.
