How can I block “add to cart” product which is “to order” or “future premiere date – for example 30.06.2021. At the moment is possible ADD TO CART.

1. I mean when product is unavailable then I can not ADD TO CART these product.
2. When product is unavailable – the button could be change for example SOLD OUT.

1. We have SOLD OUT feature, but better could be SOLD OUT button correctly.
2. Now we have alert/communicate – when I want ADD TO CART.
3. But this is browser alerts, not like woodmart theme or WooCommerce…
In my opinion the better solution is SOLD OUT button like in feature on the image.

I have understood you properly. By default, Woocommerce does not have the option and our theme does not either such modification would require complicated time-consuming customization that is out of our support scope. You will have to search for a plugin.
