Product Varition – Additional Image not working

Greetings,

Could you please check why the product variation additional image is not working?

I’m using w.c. 2.6.11
and Basel 2.10

And the when I clicked on the Recently view product (sidebar shop), it doesn’t open it. just click and produce nothing.

so two issues.

1. Variation additional image

1. Actually, our theme doesn’t have additional images for variations feature at all. It might be some additional plugin that doesn’t work correctly and you need to contact its developers for help. It is not our theme issue or bug.

2. We don’t see the widget in your shop page sidebar. Could you please attach a screenshot of the issue and a link where we can see it?

Also, from your previous topics we remember that all your requests were solved and you were happy with our theme and support. You told that you rate our theme with 5 stars but recently we received 4 stars for customers support. So, could you be so kind and change your opinion if you really like our theme and are satisfied with our theme support? 🙂 thank you in advance!
