Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

Yes, I tried this method, but trust me, I’m a developer as well. I can see that it’s an issue with your theme functions. The images are showing as undefined.

There has been no support or response from your team. It seems they don’t understand the urgency of the issue. Despite this theme being launched several years ago, a major bug remains unfixed. i rate 1 star on themeforest

After reviewing the issue, we noticed that your Product Import Excel Sheet Access file is incorrect and differs slightly from the one generated by WooCommerce export. Specifically, in the columns images and wd_additional_variation_images_data of your file, the URLs for images are missing spaces between each URL (see example: https://monosnap.com/file/u3U2RiZKa7u1swymrpSNMpFmpfQOMd).
In contrast, the WooCommerce-generated file includes spaces between URLs (see example: https://monosnap.com/file/3KddmIrZ05gbIKjP60MOHYDwsQGZGD).
To resolve this, regenerate the file using the WooCommerce export tool or manually add spaces between each image URL. This should fix the issue.
