Product video not uploaded

Dear Team,

Please help me with this, when ever I am trying to upload a product to an item, would not be saved when I pressed update the product or publish the videos goes missing

Please help I will link the video.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the wp logins details so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Your issue has been resolved. The video is connected to image ID. When the image is replaced, the video needs to be reuploaded. This is the way it works.

Check back your site and check the issue on the product “Jane Nyambura – Kenyan Housemaid – Visit Visa – 2 Years Gulf Experience” and “Test” product.

still the issue same i have no idea why this is happening I have shared screen recording just now I have recorded it

I am not even trying to change the image the image is correct but the video not able to be attached.
