Products are not shown on the shop page. Sometimes they are, sometimes not.

Hey,

on my shop page there are no products shown. If I deactivate all plugins and activate them again, the products show up a again. Sometimes for a few hours, sometimes for a few days. It is not stable and I can’z figure out why. I tried disabling all plugins one by one, searched for the right settings inside the theme but I can’t get why this happens.

I created a user for you. Maybe you can help me fix this problem.

I see that you have a cache on your website, did you try to check how it works without cache plugin?

Yes I tried disabling the caching plugin. I tried disabling all plugins except elementor and woodmart related plugins but issue persists.

Yes you can disable plugins.

The site has one wordpress for two sites. You can manage plugins in the screenshot.

Currently, it works well https://prnt.sc/NJfACjnNFO-q but when it happens again, disable the cache plugin and all plugins that are related to optimization, then recheck the issue, because it seems that one of such optimization plugins affects that.

I disabled this plugin like I wrote before many times but that did not solve the issue. But for now the issue did not happen in the last days. I will keep an eye on it and write if the issue occurs again. Thanks.
