Products & categories styles – Quantity

When you hover over product is there a way to be able to choose a quantity without having to click quick view or traveling to a product page? Id like to have it appear as a widget similar to the add to wish list, ad to cart and quick view.

I have looked under Theme Settings > Shop > Products & categories styles but cant seem to find where I could potentially customize this.

Unfortunately, there is no quantity input on the shop page and there is no such option in our theme.
