Products categories widget issue

Hello

i have a issue with the Products categories widget as you can see in the first link everyting is ok as you can see in this iamge : https://ibb.co/3C39X7G as long as you switch from categories with ajax its fine.

but when you try to acces a parent categorie from direct link (link2) the categories hierarchy is broken as you can see in this images https://ibb.co/rZFx1Tx .

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

i tested and found that the issue is a co patibility with WPML , one i disable the WPML the widget is working fine. can you help me to find a solution

Please contact WPML support, they would check and suggest, it seems you have configured something incorrectly.
