Products Category images with different sizes

The images displayed on the product category page don’t lign up and are not the same size.

Any possible solution to this?

Navigate to the Theme Settings > Shop and disable Masonry grid.

Besides, navigate to Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product image configure the images as per your needs.

The Masonry Grid option was already disabled, and I have tried the different options available under woocommerce > product image without luck.

I thought the image sizing was handled through the theme so not sure why the masonry Grid option doesn’t work.

Can someone from your team login to my dashboard and have a look please?

Images sizes are handled by WooCommerce, not by the theme. You can switch to default WordPress theme and see that they will look the same. If you want to make your products look equal you need to upload images in the same aspect ratio or enable cropping in Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.

I believe it’s a theme issue, because If Images are handled by woocommerce then what’s the utility of the Masonry Grid option on the theme then?

Uploading images in the same aspect ratio isn’t an option for us since we don’t take the product pictures ourselves by they’re given to us by the suppliers and using the crop option just cut the top and the bottom of the image.

Masonry grid doesn’t change the images sizes.

To see if it is our theme problem or not you can switch to default WordPress theme and compare.
Cropping options can be configured via Appearance > Customize > Woocommerce > Product image

What does Masonry grid do then?

I don’t think it’s that easy to just switch, I have to backup all of my stuff before doing that.

We don’t understand what is the problem with the support. We give you an instruction on how to make all images at the same size. And there are no other ways to do it with any theme available for WordPress.

Thanks for your help, I did manage to get it to work without having to resize every product image with the help of a plugin called “Square Thumbnails” – just in case anyone else is looking for help with this specific issue as well.
