Products grid and carousel widgets problem

I did everything properly and responsive through Elementor. While doing the final checks, I found that the “Products Grid and Carousel” widget is problematic in tablet devices. I could never solve the problem. What do you think is the problem?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, switch the parent theme, and check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
If the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

This issue has been resolved. But I can’t go to the page where the products are located, I get a “not found 404” error. I am getting such error even though I check permalinks.
