Products (grid or carousel) not showing products

I’m currently working on building the layout for my archive page and ran into an issue I can’t seem to resolve.
I added a Products (grid or carousel) element and configured it to display specific products by selecting them via their IDs. However, the products are not showing up at all on the page.
I’ve double-checked that the product IDs are correct and that the products are published, but nothing appears in the layout.
Could you please help me understand what might be causing this issue or what I might be missing?

the theme version is updated to the last, all plugins also updated
