Hello WoodMart Support Team,
We are using the WoodMart theme with Elementor on our website, and we use the “Products (grid or carousel)” WoodMart Elementor widget on several pages to display our products.
After updating the WoodMart theme and Elementor, this widget has disappeared from all pages where it was used. The product sections no longer appear on the frontend, and the widget is missing in the Elementor editor.
Current versions:
– WoodMart theme: 8.6.1
– WoodMart Core plugin: 1.1.9
– Elementor: 4.3.0
– Elementor Pro (if used): 4.3.0
– WooCommerce: 11.1.2
– WordPress: 7.1.2
Steps we have already tried:
– Confirmed WoodMart Core is installed, active, and updated
– Regenerated CSS & Data from Elementor > Tools
– Cleared all caches (plugin, server)
Unfortunately, the issue still persists.
Could you please let us know:
1. Whether this is a known compatibility issue with the latest Elementor or WoodMart version
