Products in category

Is it possible to select which categories I want to display in shop header? I have categories that I dont want to be shown.

Hello,

The shop title shows all the existing categories, you can hide empty and exclude those you do not want to show. You can find the option in the Theme Settings > Product Archive > Page title.
