Products Not Adding To The Cart

Hello,

I am unable to add products to the shopping cart. I have added a Buy Now button but no matter what I do, no products will add to the cart.

I have done my best to troubleshoot the problem. I have deactivated all unnecassary plugins and also installing the recommended plugins with Woodmart theme.

The only thing I have done to make this function work is to use a different theme. This tells me that one of the seeting s in the Woodmart theme is wrong.

Thank you for getting back to me. I was going through all the setting earlier. I did make changes since I posted this support ticket. Now it seems to work on a mobile device but not on my laptop using using any of the browsers I have tried.

On a mobile device I can add to cart and go to checkout. On my laptop browsers I can add to cart but when I go to cart there is nothing there.

I’m experiencing the same problem here….adding the product to the side cart and it works successfully.

But when I click on “view cart” it is empty.

I repeat the process a few times and one product appears.

But it gets scary.

I’ve even downgraded Wp Rocket and Elementor, these pages are also ignored in the cache, and the problem still occurs…

You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

I am now able to get products to add to cart and show up in the cart with Chrome browser. It is not working in Edge browser but maybe that is on my end. Thank you.

I’m having a problem with a client….I did everything and nothing resolved it.

After changing the Layout of the products, it seems that the error no longer happened…

It suggests that it could be something specific to the Layout, because I found it strange that the home layout is also different from the store, even though it is “inherited”.

Wouldn’t this have something to do with this problem of adding products to the cart?

Because I did countless tests, sometimes the product didn’t go into the cart…
But when I tried again, it worked, something very unstable.

I changed everything, the cache, I disabled the cart’s ajax, I set it to redirect directly to the cart, and something always went wrong.

And now, with this other layout, I still haven’t noticed the problem….

Can you test it there?
