Products not adding up to cart?

Hello i have two questions.
1. how can i switch the placess from add to cart and quantity selection ? (Check image)
2. When you add products to cart and then go to cart i added an upsell but when you add those products to cart the total balance to pay does not update. How can you fix this ?

HTML structure does not allow solving it by custom CSS. Such modification requires complicated Woocommerce code customization which is not covered by our support.
As for the balance change, please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Please provide your site admin access to the private area.
Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme (check on the Storefront) for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes. Please make the full backup of your site.

Yes i accept that, also can you check theere is a bug for the number of the products displayed. i’ve selected 35 by my own choice and it only shows 21, can you fix this too ?

Check the screenshot attached above, when you add products to the cart – the total does not update.
Also you said that i have 36 products on a page but here is a picture, this has not been done still 21 products per page

Please remove all the content from the checkout. Woocommerce pages shop cart, checkout are functional pages and they should not be edited. It would not work for sure.
