Products not auto listing or searching properly

Hi,

I have added the products search bar with categories in the header but when i search for an existing product it doesn’t auto list says “no products found” even though there is and even if i type the exact name and click search it still doesn’t search properly. For example if i search “lenovo” it shows huawei phones as well.
