Hi, I’m trying to add products using the PRODUCT TABS element whereby it lists products from ALL PRODUCTS and in descending date order, in other words show the latest products added first on the home page, however it doesn’t seem to be working. Here are screenshot of the settings we’re using on the PRODUCT TABS element:

    Hello,

In the “Data settings” tab you need to enable the “Ascending” sorting, then the newest product will be at the beginning.

Let me know if there is anything else I can help and have a good day!

    Kind Regards

Hi Luke, thanks for the reply, I’ve changed to that, however it’s not showing the latest products, for example the one shown first is “Yorkshire Christmas hamper” which was added to the website 21st November 2022 (see screenshot here of home page https://prnt.sc/JJHFomLYUCxw), whereas the latest products were added today see screenshot here https://prnt.sc/E_UNvLf4gste

    Hello,

After deactivating all plugins, the sorting started to work well.

So please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.

Then activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Kind Regards

Hi Luke, you should have said if you needed for me to setup a staging site so you could do tests like this not start disabling all the plugins on a live website which is a multi-seller site with subscriptions and other things running, we’ve now had complaints from sellers reporting problems, lets hope the subscriptions etc. all keep working as they should. Really unprofessional.

    Hello,

I would like to apologize for my actions regarding the recent changes to the live website. I understand that my actions were unprofessional and have caused inconvenience to the sellers on the site. I should have communicated with you more clearly about the need for a staging site for testing purposes, and I regret not doing so. I will work to ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, and again, I apologize for any negative impact my actions may have had.

    Kind Regards
