Products per page

Hi,

I’m facing an issue about the products per page on a category shop page. While I have set to show 12 products per page, sometimes it shows me 9, sometimes 12 and sometimes even 7. See: https://leondesign.nl/webshop/page/15/

Any idea what this could be? I already checked it in different browsers, cleared cache etc.

Hi,

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
If the problem remains, even after the plugins are deactivated, leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

I activated all plugins back, because otherwise the site is not working for our visitors.

First of all please update the new version of theme “WOODMART WORDPRESS NEW: 7.1.3 RELEASED” activate and update the all required plugins on your site.

12 is what we want, because that looks good on mobile, desktop etc.

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused, we have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site and found out that the Products per page are appearing as 12 which is selected under the Theme Settings but up to 10 pages of the pagination after the 10th page, the issue of Products per page exists on your Site.

Now, we have checked this concern with one of the default WordPress Themes like Storefront on your Site which is developed by WooCommerce and the issue persists with that too which certainly clears the fact that this issue on your Site isn’t Theme specific.

So, you might want to consult with WooCommerce Support in this regard, they can guide you further with this.
