products setting page is not reacting

Hi,
1. any idea why the basel specific product setting are not getting applied on the products?
2. How to rename the extra description tab and remove the additional infos (which is showing the attributes of a product)

Your question is not clear enough. Please provide more details and screens what you do and what you get and how do you expect it should be?
