saver1991ParticipantHello,
I’m experiencing a critical issue with the WoodMart theme. Product variants are not displaying in the upsell section on the product page. This issue only affects products with variants; products without variants display as expected.
As this is preventing the website from going live, it’s an urgent matter, and I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Set another product style, e.g. this one – https://prnt.sc/XwJRGyq_8iG6
2. Enable the “Quick shop” for variable products – https://prnt.sc/mGG50k7jGHhq
3. Select the attribute in the “Grid swatch attribute to display” – https://prnt.sc/IGlVGVaXRVPq
Then check how it works.
Kind Regards

saver1991ParticipantHi,
I followed the instructions step by step, but the product variants are still not showing on the upsell section of the product page.
To give a more specific example, this product (eg. https://dionysusculturefood.com/store/coppe/cured-capocollo-with-fennel) should be displaying 6 products in upsell, while currently it doesn’t display any.
This only happens when the products that should be displayed in upsell contain variants, while the products with no variants are displayed correctly on the upsell section (eg. https://dionysusculturefood.com/store/sauces/wild-boar-ragu/).
Can you please review again and share solution, and also please let me know if the steps you provided before are still relevant as part of the solution? If not, I will revert to previous options.
Thanks

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Thank you for the explanation. The above steps are not related to this issue as you describe in the latest message.
May I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent/default theme for testing?
Thank you for your time.
Kind Regards

saver1991ParticipantHi,
Just to clarify that was I mentioned on my last message and in my first message were related to the same issue.
Also, I have now reverted the options you previously suggested as these are not going to solve the issue.
Yes, you may take those actions, as long as these won’t cause any issues to the website once they have been activated again.
Thanks

saver1991ParticipantHi,
Thanks for checking into this. Just a note that the brand attribute for product variants in the upsell and cross-sell sections is currently not displayed, as shown in the attached image.
Could you please look into this further to fully resolve the issue?
Thanks!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
It will not work as this attribute is not in the variation, therefore it is not displayed.
Let me know if you have additional questions.
Kind Regards

saver1991ParticipantHi,
Thanks for clarifying the reason why the brand name wasn’t showing on that section.
We have also noticed that the images displayed are blurred/low quality and cropped to squared shape, while their original format is different (4:3). Could you please make sure the images showed are loading the original size ones and in the original format?
Thanks for the support.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In general, our theme cannot affect the images as the configuration for them comes from WordPress/WooCommerce. I suggest you check our article about image sizes – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/image-size-and-content-alignment-in-a-product-grid/ and Regenerate thumbnails using the appropriate plugin. https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Here is the WooCommerce Manual:
