Products will not display as 4 in a row

Hi, on my parent category pages the categories display 4 categories per row (that’s great) however if you click into one of those categories it displays 3 products per row. How do I get it to display 4 products per row? I’ve tried changing all the settings you would normally try but nothing works. Please see attached screenshots.

Hi, thank you for getting back to me. I managed to fix it! The theme wasn’t updated to the latest version. Once i updated the theme the products instantly displayed 4 per row.
