Hello, I have a problem when I using CSV file for bulk product import it sho me that I import products but when I try to see there are no products 🙁 what can be wrong?
As you see in the video there are no new products. The importer tells me that products are imported but you cant find them anywhere 🙁 only thy appear when one by one editing 🙁
Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and try to export on the Storefront. Please note the variation images would not be imported anyway as well as the variation gallery. This is WoodMart feature and file format is not supported.
