Problem with Xtemos Woodmart theme mega menu

Hello,

We are contacting you regarding a problem we have faced with the Xtemos Woodmart theme mega menu.
We ordered this theme on [date], order number [order].

We have set up the WordPress with Woocommerce and Woodmart theme.
The mega menu is working on the main menu, but it is not working in the Category menu. We have attached a link of an unlisted Youtube video where the problem is shown and explained.

We have seen the video of the mega menu tutorial, but in the category menu it is not working. As soon as we save/update the menu, the ‘design’ and ‘html block for dropdown’ inputs revers back to empty.

Hopefully you have a solution for this problem as we would prefer not to reinstall the whole system and the template. We are sure that there is another problem (not the installation and the wordpress itself) as it is working within the mega menu.
