Project ( profolio ) post is 404

after I change to your theme all mine profolio post is going to 404 page ?
I have try create new post the new one also 404.
I click permalink setting page to save change nothing is change.
could you help me to fix it ?

Thank you for the question.
As we can see you have already created one topic and when we visited your web-site last time products were displayed correctly, right? Maybe you have mad some other changes except activating our theme? Are products permalinks work well with any other wordpress theme?
Please provide your admin access so we could review it see if there is some issue with our theme or not.

all permalinks is work well with other theme I changed 3 theme last year.
I just found mine product link is also 404

I fixed the single product permalinks. portfolio still broke
It is a very weird issue. How did you fix your products permalinks? We just resaved in Settings -> Permalinks and now they doesn’t work also.
We have disabled the following plugin “Redis Object Cache” and now it works.

I’m having the same problem – the main portfolio page displays, but the individual projects don’t display. Not sure if you’ll see the issue as our site is in maintenance mode.

Yes, actually we can’t see your web-site now, could you provide your admin access? Possible solution for you is to go admin panel -> Settings -> Permalinks and simply click on “Save” button. It should recreate all your permalinks structures.
