Hi,

Promo Banner isn’t allowing me to insert a URL to a page, the URL field is blank and won’t let me click to insert a URL, also the mobile category view refreshes the site when you hover over a category. Some help please.

I have took Banners page where Promo Banner elements are added. I inserted one external link and one internal link to the testing page:

and

I have checked in the front end it works. Please clarify your problem. Remove the external links after checking.

When I click Select URL on the banner setting nothing happens, so I can’t overwrite or insert a URL! i’m not sure why you were able to insert one.

Also the category menu on the mobile menu refreshes before I can choose a link.

No, it is not correct. This is WP Bakery page builder bug. For example, if you test the Custom heading element in the front end you will see the same problem: https://gyazo.com/05ca15b3da450cf47cec19305007b643

They should fix it in their next updates.

Navigate to the Theme settings > Footer and close the tag small in the copyright field.

We can’t fix this since it is a part of your website content configuration. We indicated you the problem so you just need to remove or close this tag.

I have tried removing the tag, the problem still exists, can you indicate How I close the tag and where to close it, this is not our area.

It is added to your footer copyrights section. Edit it in Theme Settings -> Footer. Just remove that tag if you don’t need it.
